COLORS!!!!

Here is our stove and fridge placed in the kitchen.  Still a little hard to envision what it will look like in the end, but it's a start.

My utility room.  Justin originally was not going to let me paint it purple.  McKenzie was the one who saved me by informing me that purple is actually a pretty popular color.  Whether that is true or not, it got Justin to let me paint the utility room my favorite color, and I love how it turned out!!

This is a view of the kitchen.  We went with green for three of the walls, but continued the dining room color on the wall that goes through the staircase.  I love how the colors look together!

This is looking through the staircase into the dining room.  The dining room is all tan. 

Another view of the dining room.  Our bedroom is also this color.  We were going to have another color for our bedroom, but I ended up not liking the lighter color that we had for the tans in the dining room and living room, so we had them darkened, so now they are all the same.  I really like the color, so oh well.    

The little bathroom.  This color is the same color as the accent wall in the living room.

This is the living room.  Three of the walls are tan and the one wall is blue.  

Here is another view of the bathroom.  Justin installed the floor , baseboards, and sink, and I think it looks great so far!  He will be adding the toilet and door, and then we will have one complete room.  Amazing.

This is looking into the kitchen from the dining room with some of our appliances.   I love how the black looks with the green!

And we have color on the walls, folks!  McKenzie P. helped me pick them out, and with her help, we picked out a great color palette. I am very, very happy with all of the colors.  Lindsay P. came over to help me paint the bathroom and utility room on Monday night, Mom S. came on Tuesday and helped us paint all day on Wednesday and Thursday, and then Heather F. and Lara K. came to help paint yesterday as well.  Thank you so much!!  I would have never gotten it done without you all!  We also got appliances delivered today and Justin put in the floor, sink, and trim in the bathroom.  Everything is coming alive!  I love this stage!  As you can see in the pictures, we also have all of our can lights in.  It is so bright and cheerful and looks so cool when it is dark outside and the lights are on inside.  We are still planning on moving before Thanksgiving, although we looked at the calendar the other night and about croaked. Time is going so fast!  The 19th is our target date, although, we may move it back to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, if we need to.  It will be a little rough for a while, but we have to move in sometime. :)  I'm so excited!
